Basic rules for a comfortable stay.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise low after 11 PM out of respect for nearby homes.
Shared Spaces
The first-floor lounge, kitchen, shower, and toilets are shared. Please leave them ready for the next guest.
- Treat manga, games, and books with care while using them inside the house.
- Please do not leave personal belongings spread across shared spaces.
- Keep a comfortable distance that does not interrupt another guest's rest.
Kitchen
- Clean dishes, cooking tools, and tables after use and return them to their original place.
- If you cook food with strong smells, please help ventilate the room.
- If you leave food in the refrigerator, keep it short-term and avoid long unattended storage.
Parking
There is no private parking. Please use the coin parking lot right next to the house and avoid unauthorized parking in nearby monthly spaces.
Smoking & Safety
- Smoking is not allowed inside the building.
- Open flames, excessive noise, and party use are not allowed.
- If you notice a facility issue or need help, contact the support channel shared with your booking.
